Went to dinner at the Top of the World for the second time and ended up with the cattiest and most downright mean waiter of all time. (I think his name was Mark and he looks like William Shatner) He was gruff and rude and was not happy to be there or just did not like us. When we stated that we weren’t going to have desert (this after spending $435 on four people)he grabbed up the desert menu and walked away without saying a word. If I ever should go back I will RUN if he comes to my table.
The food was good but not exceptional for the money. I would recommend TJ’s at the Hilton or Olives for a very scrumptious dinner at reasonably priced (for high end) meals, and perfect service.

What a major disappointment! The space is small and the sound is horrible. In the 70s room, the sound was so muddy that I didn’t recognize “Copacabana” until the last chorus. The same for “Sweet Home Alabama”.

A band was playing in the 80s room but I don’t know why. The bass was a dull roar, while the drums and the guitar were mixed to low to be heard. That wasn’t the worst! At least in the 70s and 80s rooms, a person could distinguish a beat. Not so in the 90s room; the sound in there literally sounded like a jet engine at full throttle.

The 2000 room was alright though. The sound was decent and the room was somewhat sizable. The layout was kind of strange though, and for some reason all the dancers stayed on side of the floor, leaving the other half empty.

The club opened at 10 and with a decent sized crowd, however by midnight the crowd was quite noticeably thinned.

Certainly not worth the $20 cover nor the ridiculously priced drinks. To be honest, my first impression was that someone took all the worst parts of all the Vegas clubs and tossed them into this space at random.

This club just needs to be closed, junked and rebuilt from the ground up.
