I tried Mainland today for the first time since I work at the Palazzo. I tried 5 items on the appetizer menu, along with a rice bowl. The food was awesome. It was unlike any asian food I had ever tried. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone, whether I worked at this wonderful propoerty or not.

This is actually not a Vietnamese French restaurant but is an extremely unique and exciting noodle house. The service was great and the food was full of amazing flavors. Everyone should try it.
