It was a spur of the minute meal. I am from Texas, and let me tell you! This food was horrible, it tasted like canned food. I have learned, in Vegas it is hard to find a good meal for decent money. I would recommend “AMERICAN” in New York New York. Or the Buffet at “The Orleans” off sahara Ave.
Don’t eat at Pacos. Horrible food that will still cost ya $25.

Get a two for one Fajita coupon at GM’s “The Drive”. $14.99 for the two of us! AWESOME food, value, service! Bravo!

My new husband and I ate at Paco’s while staying at the Sahara in mid September 2004. The service was excellent, the food was AWESOME! I have to say after eating at several other places while in Vegas Paco’s was by far the best. The waiters were friendly the atmosphere was calm, and they weren’t cheap on the proportions like most of the other places. I highly recommend eating at Paco’s and if you join the Player’s Club in the Sahara you can get a coupon book that includes a Free Margarita for this restaurant – it’s a decent size and actually includes alcohol unlike the $1.99 street specials. Please… if you’re in the mood for Mexican this is the place!

Excellent Mexican food!! And reasonably priced. We found out about this place from a bartender at Mandalay Bay, Paco’s needs to advertise more

Nachos served prior to meal with nacho dip bar with various dips and sauces. Food was great! We had Fajitas – Chicken and Beef. There were two of us but enough food for four of us.
