I had a dinner here for 16 people and the staff was excellent. They made up our own personal menus, which was a nice touch. The food was great. I know many people in my party went back here the next night.

Delicious! FRESH! Amazing! In a city of 1,000 “fine dining” restaurants, Michael Mina’s Seablue was amazing. We were greeted upon arriving by every person we came in contact with from the door to our table against a cascading waterfall wall. Our server, Heather, was so friendly and knowledgable! From the seafood platter to the fresh meditteranean sea bass to the homemade desserts. We were thrilled to find a restaurant that had it all, and then some. It was a little hard to find however. Just keep walking down the studio walk inside MGM and pass Emeril’s. I promise, you’ll be thanking me!
